 PREREQUISITES

Participants should have at least 3 years of professional experience, a minimum level of Bachelor.
It is necessary to reserve time for personal work to prepare the class and the certification (5 hours per week).

    The training takes place over 4 days of 7h + 2h of virtual review class (questions / answers). The training includes a test exam with its debriefing.

    The APICs book gives you the main concepts. The classroom sessions are designed to share practical information: training exercises, a case study, quizzes, experiences and work in groups.

    Personal investment is very important.
